I put $2,000 into my acct after waiting 3 years to be approved for SSDI. Traded once on the 30 second gold platform and made supposedly $550 in 10 minutes, which went into my account. The first time I tried to withdraw? I put the wrong “destination address” in on where to receive the money. After “processing for some time, it said “FAILED” The customer service they had then told me I used the wrong address to receive funds, then told me due to security reasons, I had to send them a pic of my drivers license and deposit another $1000 into my account, that I could get later, but was required due to my mistake. Their support gives NO HELP as to WHAT a proper destination address is, so in order to get back my original money, I had to find a way to put another $1000 into my acct. Once I borrowed thaT to put into my account and sent them verification that $1000 was added to my acct, they told me I must wait 24 hrs for the “system audit” must be done and to please wait patiently. Once it was done, my account would be unfrozen and resume to its normal state where I could trade again or withdraw, whatever I wanted to do. The audit ran, After 24 hrs, they told me account was unfrozen and back to normal. I tried to withdraw again. I saw it was “processing” again, until yet again it failed. When asked customer service why it failed? They told me that because I didn’t deposit the $1000 by the deadline they had given me, my credit score with them had dropped below what was needed to be able to withdraw. That I had to deposit yet another $1000 to raise my credit score and again, by a certain date. There was no way I could do this and I told customer service this. They said. “until the $1000 is paid your account will be frozen. If it takes too long your acct will be frozen permanently” Eventually, I got my next SSDI check and with the help of the girl at the beginning of the story, deposited another $1000. They said again, to let the system audit run. This time it was 48 hrs instead of 24 hrs. 48 hrs came and went. They told me my account was back to good. I tried to withdraw again. Saw it processing for about two hrs. When I opened the app to check on the progress? Also checked https://www.hcoinrexx.com/ online? It could not be reached and the app said “NO NETWORK” and has since. Don’t I feel like the fool. Putting your faith in people can be such a crock anymore. Why are these people allowed to exist?
